Last week, Queensland Police released a statement confirming that a woman from the other vehicle has been issued a notice to appear in court for dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.

The 26-year-old individual is scheduled to make an appearance in the Brisbane Magistrates Court in the upcoming month.
